05 VINTAGE 48ft WITH L/Q****REDUCED AGAIN****

I have a 2005 Gooseneck 6FT 6" high 48 foot Tri-axle Vintage trailer with 21 foot of living quarters. It has a large bathroom with a stand up shower, sink, and toilet. There is a couch and across from that a table with bench seats. The table will fold out and make a bed along with the huge area up top for a bed. There are custom cabinets in the living quarters and in the back with locking devices on them to keep from coming open while driving. It has a antenna for a TV with a shelve to mount TV on. On the counter top there is a microwave for cooking. In the car part of the trailor there is aluminum gas jug rack,aluminum oil and transmission rack, and a aluminum jack holder. There are diamond plate runners installed on the floors to keep slicks from ruining them. The trailer was ordered with the drivers escape door on the left side and two large double doors on the right side. There are two awnings, one is 25ft and the other is 15 ft. It has the light package with lights on the inside and outside. It has a 60 gal fresh water tank, 30 gal grey water tank and 30 gal sewer tank with all hoses to drain. It has a Heat and Air unit that will heat or cool as much as you want. It has three roof vents that can be opened for fresh air. The generator is an Onan 5500 watt electric start that is the quietest I have ever heard. The trailer was also ordered with the hydrolic front jack that operates from a 12 volt battery (included with trailer). This trailer has less than 4k miles. Brakes,tires, and EVERYTHING still new. The only reason this trailer is being sold is that we dont use it enough. Im asking $24,000********** *************
