Complete car ready to go. Just needs to be picked up today. Take it right to the track and race or take it home, hook up the lights and put some mufflers on and it's street ready. Your choice.

1976 Vega with full 2x3 frame and narrowed 9 inch Ford rearend and ladder bar setup with chrome wheelie bars. Currently has 4.11 rear gears. Body is in good condition, not a show car necessarily but very respectable. Has fiberglass front fenders and fully functioning hood. All original glass and working windows. Full dash, door panels, carpeting. New 4-point harnass on drivers side and still has original seat belts on both sides. MSD Digital 6 ignition box, new Optima yellow top battery. Has brand new Mickey Thompson Street ET 28 x 13.5 rear tires. Centerline Blade wheels all around in very good condition. Switches/wiring were redone within the last year. Just hook up the lights and put on some mufflers and it'll make one neat little street car.

MOTOR:
Engine is professionally built, completely BRAND NEW with over $8000 worth of parts in it,and it is not rebuilt. Every nut, bolt, fastener, piece on this engine was put in new, out of the box. Nothing re-used. Just breaking in. Has 10 runs on everything. Has the following parts and all are new. No used stuff:
-NEW Dart Little M block with main and head ARP studs
-NEW Complete Eagle rotating assembly
-NEW Forged 11:1 pistons
-NEW Melling oil pump
-NEW Moroso pan
-NEW RHS heads with 235 runners

-NEW Edelbrock Super Victor intake
-NEW Quick Fuel Dominator carb ($1050 alone)
-NEW MSD billet distributor
-NEW CSI electric water pump
-NEW chrome alternator
-gear reduction starter
-Hooker headers (modified slightly to fit frame
-NEW NOS 2 stage Cheater kit currently set up with 150 shot, but will take much larger hit.

TRANS:
NEW Transmission is a powerglide with ultrabell case and trans brake. New 5000 stall converter. Quarterstick shifter.

PERFORMANCE:
In summer heat, first weekend out with this combination the car made runs of 6.69, 6.67, 6.65, 6.65 and a week later came back and went 6.68, 6.66 then put it on spray and went 6.17 first shot with nitrous. All of this was with the throttle not opening all the way properly. Will run much quicker with more tuning. Will be easy 6.50 and possibly 6.40's on motor. Will make an excellent 10.5 tire car or 6.00 index car. Very versatile car and will make someone a great deal.
Full original glass and even original seatbelts on both sides. Still even has key switch in the steering column (not currently being used) but you could use it if you choose. Fun little car to play with on the street or drive/tow to the track and race.

Car needs to move now. Basically, buy the motor/trans and get the car for free. Asking $10,000 for complete turn-key car as described. Am headed out of town so call number listed with any questions.
